Anti-Trumper Robert W Tracinski comes in 3rd place in Virginia Democrat primary.
His NO KINGS. NO OLIGARCHS. NO RUBBER STAMPS. campaign connected with 6% of Democrat primary voters. The winner ran on: LOWER COSTS, HIGHER WAGES (end tariffs, govt medical care, etc).
Though I think his TDS is a problem (No Rob, Trump is not a king nor dictator) it would make RWT an electable *Democrat* candidate or as he describes himself:
I’m not a traditional Democrat. I’m a classical liberal and former Tea Party activist who understands rural values and can speak to independents and Republicans who believe in freedom, accountability, and the rule of law.
Hopefully he decides to run again in the next election (when Trump is out of office). His “No Oligarchs” approach will be a bulwark once the Democrats get back in power and perhaps he can have a positive effect on reforming the Party which has shifted towards socialism. – MDC
